Also for auction were two prime homesites in the luxurious Castle Pines Village to build a dream home. A prestigious auction in Denver.
Hooray for Hollywood Post Auction- Holly Townhomes-Los Angeles, California
This challenging marketing assignment included 16 partially completed townhouses. Prior to auction marketing the units, FRE assisted the builder, receiver, bank and the bank’s legal counsel in removing mechanic liens, liaise with the City of Los Angeles building and community development departments, complete construction and secure the Certificates of Occupancy.
Desert Oasis - Laughlin Ranch 3 - Bullhead City, Arizona
The auction campaign delivered a third successful sale for a well know residential developer. Having completed two previously sold-out auction campaigns, the FRE auction marketing team produced another spectacular event with over 12,000 “clicks†to the website and over 220 registered bidders. All 12 homes sold and closed in less than 90 days.
