This auction-marketing campaign successfully produced more than 13,000 visitors with nearly 400 registrants and approximately 100 active bidders competing for the properties. Gardner Construction & Development was thrilled to sell its entire standing inventory. According to the California Association of Realtors at the time of the auction, sellers required an average of seven months to sell an entire inventory of single-family detached homes.
