Hooray for Hollywood Post Auction- Holly Townhomes-Los Angeles, California
This challenging marketing assignment included 16 partially completed townhouses. Prior to auction marketing the units, FRE assisted the builder, receiver, bank and the bank’s legal counsel in removing mechanic liens, liaise with the City of Los Angeles building and community development departments, complete construction and secure the Certificates of Occupancy.

Newport Harbor Condos - Newport Beach, California
This auction was for two luxury waterfront condominiums situated right on Newport Harbor, just a few blocks from one of Southern California's award-winning beaches. Both condos, one 2bd/2ba, the other a furnished 1bd/1.5ba, were newly remodeled and featured stylish finishes and magnificent views of the harbor.

Hooray for Hollywood - Holly Townhomes - Los Angeles CA
This was an extremely challenging auction campaign in that while actively conducting the auction, FRE had to step in to assist the builder, the receiver, the bank, and the bank’s legal counsel to get all the liens removed, finish construction, and secure the final Certificate of Occupancy from the City of Los Angeles. From the original launch date (7/09) to the final closing date (4/11), FRE managed to keep the majority of the original Buyers in escrow, resell a few of the units at higher prices through post-auction sales, and also sell the single affordable unit.
